Reality TV personality Tammy Slaton – who once weighed 317kg – lost nearly 140kg after undergoing bariatric surgery last year.
Photos have emerged of US reality TV star Tammy Slaton after she lost 136kg.
The 1000-Lb Sisters star was seen at a petrol station before going grocery shopping in Indiana last Thursday.
At one point, she was seen walking unassisted without the help of any sort of stroller or walking device – minus the oxygen tube, Page Six reports.

She did take a break at one point, using one of the grocery store’s mobility scooters both in the car park and in the store.
Elsewhere in the trip, she also leaned on to a rolling walker.
Slaton, 36, wore a long-sleeve knit dark grey T-shirt that she rolled up to her elbows, loose black yoga pants and blue-and-white patterned slippers.

Slaton’s weight-loss journey has been documented on the hit show during the latest season when she entered a food rehab facility in Ohio.

She needed to lose more than 67kg to reach her goal of 250kg in order to qualify for the weight loss procedure.
The reality star hit the milestone during the most recent episode and got the thumbs-up for the lifesaving surgery.
“I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited – just all the emotions. I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got mine! My told-you-so moment!” she said on a February 7 episode of the show.
