Joyce’s voice is so similar to that of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll, that a video of him went viral, prompting others to question his identity.
The Express spoke with Tom Mennel, an Elvis fan for life, on his belief in Joyce’s true identity. Mennel, 61, still believes Joyce is Elvis, even though he has been a fan of the King since the age of six. He thought Joyce would eventually come open about his identity.
