Alyssa Milano’s recent actions have been tumultuous. Following a Twitter clash with Elon Musk that ended poorly, she embarked on a campaign to tarnish the reputations of Ted Nugent and Kid Rock, and even caused a near-fire incident in a Soho neighborhood with her Volkswagen. The ensuing drama has led many in Hollywood to distance themselves from her. NBC scrapped her “Who’s the Boss” reboot, leaving Tony Danza in a precarious position.
“Don’t worry,” Milano assured Danza, “I’ll sell this to Netflix for twice the price.” However, Netflix and every other streaming platform or network have declined to pick up the show.
“Perhaps she should consider rebooting ‘Charmed’ instead,” suggested Hulu CEO Joe Barron. “Shannen Doherty might not be available, but the actress from ‘Picket Fences’ could be an option. Rose McGowan might not be interested, but perhaps Christina Ricci could be available.”
Milano has yet to respond to our request for comment, opting instead to share a general message on Instagram expressing gratitude to her fans for maintaining their admiration after 38 years. “I’m certain those who grew up recognizing my face will be pleased to tune into my new show, wherever it may end up,” she remarked. While it may come across as somewhat presumptuous, there’s some truth to it. God Bless America.
