“When Jason Aldean’s hit song ‘Try That in a Small Town’ sparked national controversy, it was no surprise that the hosts of ‘The View’ joined the fray, labeling him as a ‘racist’ and a ‘Trumpster who believed the Big Lie,’ without any substantiated evidence. They relentlessly criticized him across their program for days and even extended an invitation for him to confront their accusations on live television.
However, they didn’t anticipate Aldean accepting their offer. “Once I said yes, they rescinded the offer,” Aldean revealed. “It’s almost like they don’t want to talk about the truth at all.”
A representative for the show confirmed that Aldean was indeed considered for a guest spot, but the decision was ultimately made not to have him on. This begs the question: what are they afraid of?
ALLOD Correspondent Skip Tetheludah managed to catch up with ‘The View’s Executive Producer, Joe Barron, who shed some light on why they opted to cancel the Aldean interview.”
“We have a process for vetting guests,” explained Barron. “Not so much for their politics, but for their ability to engage in a productive debate. We interviewed Jason, and unfortunately, he didn’t meet our criteria. He lacks knowledge about small towns, his appearance doesn’t align with our audience’s expectations, and frankly, he was going to embarrass himself. We couldn’t risk making Whoopi and Joy look bad.”
It’s a harsh truth, patriots. Drop someone unprepared into those discussions, and they’ll get torn apart. God Bless America.
